Somehow I’m not surprised at how I often get to work with clients in Battery Park City and Tribeca (since there are so many young families there!). From newborn and baby sessions at my client’s apartments, to fun outdoor shoots.

Whether we shoot at the Esplanade, Rector Park, or the streets of BPC and Tribeca… I always find there is great lighting to work with. Rector park is located in the shade of some of the buildings, and the apartments are usually new with large windows. Roy was amazing to work with and he delivered images beyond our expectations. We are already planning to make a photo session with Roy an annual family event. He was so accommodating when my due date changed last minute and made sure he was able to come when our newborn would be at his photogenic best. He was like a “baby whisperer” the way he worked with our son and was able to get the most precious poses out of him. When the baby needed a break to eat, Roy took some candids of our older son that were exceptional as well. He was professional and courteous and made our small New York apartment seem like a photography studio, making the most out of every possible space.I highly recommend working with him and we are so glad we made the decision to take newborn photos!
