Stony Brook Photo Club/Forum

So here it is, the photography Discussion Forum ( club.nyvisual.com)for SBU students. Being that there is really no photo club on campus this is as close as it gets for now... so it's up to us to post and get it running...
Plese spread the word via e-mail to any photographer you know on campus. and more importantly, POST STUFF!

Photography update

The entire photography page has been edited ( i catagorized everything), pictures were added, and about 16 old ones are about to be deleted off the site.Those images are at the bottom of the picture menu, i doubt anyone would feel erasing them is a mistake, but if you see a picture you believe i SHOULD keep in my portfolio please let me know.

survived the weekend of 4 weddings. the money will cover my airfare to alaska (and then some), that's the thought that helped me get through it.

Stupidity

it is now almost 2 AM saturday night ( actually sunday morning)... just got back from working a party in time square.
now here comes the stupidity part, tomorrow i am working 2 weddings, a morning and a night. the morning wedding doesn't start till 12, so i should be able to get some sleep, but NO! this bride wants pictures in the PARK! is she insane or what? it is so cold (" 32 degrees, feels like 25").
some people can be so stupid!
whatever let her freeze in her wedding gown, i'll be wearing a north-face, hat and gloves.

stupid B!)(ch! ( sorry i had to!)

pray for me, working 8am to 2am, it's gonna be tough!

Lunar Eclipse

Don't miss it tonight (lunar eclipse)starting at 8:06 it's going to last about 20 minutes, and is supposed to be a pretty one. rest assured i will miss it because i will be working :( .
all you need is clear skies, and i believe we have that, so break out your 1000mm lenses.

I HATE

I HATE putting posters up, it makes me feel like i'm handicapped. you try so hard not to get any cracks in it, not to let it rip... and to hang it up as straight as possible.

god it's so annoying...

so i finally got my cracked, ripped poster on my wall. not straight at all :(
